Since all Guideline 401(k) plans come with automatic enrollment, eligible employees can’t be auto-enrolled until 30 days after they receive a notice of the new benefit, giving them time to opt out. Once everything is set up, your team will move through a seamless onboarding process while you sit back and relax.
